All MEL Science subscriptions are billed automatically based on the billing term you selected when signing up (monthly, 3-months, 6-months or yearly). This helps ensure there’s no interruption in your experiments and sets arrive on time.
Here are a couple of situations where you might still see a charge:
Canceling after an order is created – If you cancel after a new order has already been prepared, the payment system may continue trying to process that order. No worries — to cancel the order, please submit a request, and we will gladly help you with this.
Paused subscriptions – If you paused your subscription, it will automatically restart once the pause period ends. At that point, billing for your next sets will begin again.
