All Curiosity Box subscriptions are billed automatically based on the billing term you selected when signing up (quarterly or yearly). This helps ensure there’s no interruption and your boxes arrive on time.
Here are a couple of situations where you might still see a charge:
Canceling after an order is created — If you cancel the subscription after a new order has already been prepared, the payment system may continue trying to process that order. No worries — to cancel the order, please submit a request, and we will gladly help you with this.
Paused subscriptions — If you paused your subscription, it will automatically restart once the pause period ends. At that point, billing for your new boxes will begin again.
